James Wells
James launched Impact Sport Management to help elite athletes reach their full potential and achieve everything they’re capable of.
A former GB karate athlete and mixed martial artist, James secured two heavyweight world bronze medals during a standout career. His competitive background and instinct for opportunity shape the way ISM represents every athlete.
Kelvin Wilson
Kelvin shares James’ athlete-first philosophy and brings deep experience from the professional game.
A former Champions League defender with Celtic and a long-serving Nottingham Forest player with over 200 senior appearances, Kelvin is respected throughout football for his insight, professionalism and understanding of what players need to thrive.
